Privacy Policy

This page explains what PolarFixed collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What We Collect

• From checkout: your name, email address, and the order and subscription numbers our checkout provider, SamCart, sends us. Card details go to SamCart and its payment processor. We never see or store them.
• To keep you signed in: a cookie with a random session number, and one-time sign-in links that work once and then expire.
• What you ask the chat:your messages and any files you attach are used to write the answer. We don't keep a copy of your chat on our servers.
• PolarFixed Pro: what you enter in the Payment Tracker and the Pre-Submit Check reports you run are saved to your account so you and your teammates can come back to them.

Who Helps Us Run It

We use an AI model provider to write answers and reports, an email delivery provider to send sign-in links and account emails, and a hosting provider to run the app. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for ads.

Emails

We send sign-in links, a welcome email, and short notes about your trial or plan. We don't add you to a marketing list from the app.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your account and saved work while your account exists, including after a plan ends, so it's there if you come back. Ask us and we'll delete it.

Your Choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Emailsupport@polarfixed.comand we'll reply by email.

Security

Connections are encrypted, sign-in links are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and access to the data is limited to the people who run PolarFixed.

Children

PolarFixed is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.
