Free Trial
If your plan starts with a free trial, you aren't charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged at all.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime. Email support@polarfixed.comand ask us to cancel, and we'll confirm by email. Your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Nothing renews after that.
Refunds
- Monthly and quarterly plans:when you cancel, you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund part of a period.
- Yearly plans:ask within 14 days of the yearly charge and we'll refund it in full.
- Charged by mistake?Tell us and we'll fix it.
When a charge is refunded, access for that plan ends right away. Your saved work isn't deleted.
